TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY
1. Promoter: The Promoter is Hy Gain Feeds Pty Ltd, 10 Hickson Rd, Officer 3809, Victoria, Australia, trading as MITAVITE®.
2. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
• Employees of MITAVITE®, including their families, are not permitted to enter the competition.
• Entrants under 16 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enter.
3. Entry Period: The competition runs from Tuesday, 1 October to 11:59 pm AEST, Saturday, 30 November 2024. Entries must be submitted during this period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
•Entry is free.
• Post a photo or reel showcasing feed time moments with your horse, a feed room tour or feed time hacks on your public social media account.
• Tag @MitaviteAustralia or @MitaviteNZ on Facebook and/or @Mitavite on Instagram, and use the hashtag #MitaviteFeedTime. You must include the hashtag for a valid entry.
• Note that social stories will not count as entries, and posts from private accounts are not eligible.
• Multiple entries are allowed.
5. Selection of Winners: This is a game of skill. Two winners will be chosen based on creativity, interpretation of the theme, and commercial appeal.
6. Prize: Each winner will receive 3 months of MITAVITE® feed (capped at 12 bags) and a MITAVITE® whiteboard feed chart. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via private message from an official MITAVITE® Facebook or Instagram account and will be announced on Facebook and Instagram on Monday, 9 December 2024. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected. Please be aware that competitions can attract scammers; we will not send friend requests, ask for payment details, or require you to join groups. This giveaway is not associated with META.
8. Copyright: By entering the competition, entrants warrant that their submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold MITAVITE® harmless from any claims of copyright infringement or unauthorised use arising from their entries. Copyright in photographs submitted for this competition will be retained by entrants.
9. Content Use: By entering, participants grant MITAVITE® the right to use their submitted content (photos/videos) for marketing and promotional purposes.
10. Disqualification: MITAVITE® reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
11. General Conditions: MITAVITE® reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
12. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. MITAVITE®’s decision is final on all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Liability: MITAVITE® accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, damaged, or delayed due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay, or any other reason.
14. Public Display of Entries: Entrants acknowledge that content submitted as part of the competition may be displayed on MITAVITE®’s social media channels, on the MITAVITE® website, and/or on a social media wall at events.
